Carlin de Paolo Nebbiolo d'Alba

Tim put it very eloquently when he said, "yeah, this sure tastes like nebbiolo." I have to agree. This wine's enjoyment comes from its simplicity. For me, nebbiolo is medium-bodied with dried florals & herbs, subtle tobacco with a core of red fruit - this fits that profile. Moderate tannins hopefully will recede with age.
