Nelson Family Vineyards Riesling Ice Riesling

Trip to Mendocino - Zeke's Wedding - May 2009; 5/21/2009-5/25/2009 (Northern California Trip) : deep golden colored with extremely thick legs. the nose explodes with honey, liquer, gummy bears and flowers. very, very sweet, but i'm surprised that there's enough acid to make it drinkable. still, it's so sweet it tastes almost fuzzy on the palate and has flavors of honey, peach nectar and melted cough drops. very long, ridiculously long, finish.
