Big, malty and bretty (no surprise). Almost in the mulled wine zone from an aroma standpoint. Brown/purple in the glass. The thickness to the mouthfeel gave the beer a more satisfying profile than if it had just been all brett. A dessert sour, if that were a category. We had it after the meal. Doesn't have the acidity (anymore?) to really pair great savory food. Wouldn't advise holding any further, this is ready.

Surprising amount of carbonation. Drank much better after bottle was open about 30 min and the wine "settled." Opened next to Surly Five and Five was far more enjoyable. Will hold my remaining bottle for a while.
