Winery tasting at the Solvang tasting room. Made with predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon with small amounts of the other four Bordeaux varietals added to soften, round and enhance. Dark crimson with a medium plus body. Aromas and flavors of blackberry, spicy cherry, and smoke underscored and balanced with some silky tannins, oak, and acidity. Long finish.
