Pale garnet Medium nose of dried raspberry, dried cranberry, dusty violets, dried herbs, nutmeg, liquorice, wet earth DRY, medium (+) acidity, high alcohol, high fine grained tannin, full body, medium intensity and medium finish There is a noted disequilibrium between fruit concentration and the high alcohol and high tannin. Sadly a very dry wine. I was expecting more fruit.. light bodied and did not improve over two days

Light reddish with slight clay tint; typical Barolo with good cherry nose and floral bouquet. Good balance and tannins. Definitely a food wine but versatile with a variety of pairings. Enjoyed it more than I expected.

Russk. WSW at villagio Milagros Italian tasting. One of my preferred wines. Not quite as accessible as some of the other Barolos the same age.

Light petal like aromas and a dry finish redolent of most Barolo I have tasted this winter. Medium in color with a light garnet shade. I am just learning and feeling my way thru Italian wines. This is one I will buy a few more of and hold 3-5 years to see their development.

transparent red with brown note, blend of 3 vinetards, 3 years in grandi botti, subtle fruity nose, firm tannins, fresh fruity-earthy flavours, fine structured & complexed, very good finish, still too young and requires further ageing of 5-8 years at least.
