Domaine la Colombe Pinot Noir La Colombe Noire Réserve

From a region that is more famous (or infamous, depending on your point of view) for their white wines from Chasselas grapes, this is a really interesting Pinot Noir. Made from 50 year old vines, with long maceration with partially whole cluster, and elevage in barriques and 500l tonneaux. This needs a little bit of time and air to open up.
