Drinking really well right now but still youthful. Crisp lemon and apple up front, then it turns more mineral and savory with air. Clean, balanced, and precise, with a long, slightly salty finish. Serious Riesling without being heavy. Paired really well with a creamy lemon chicken orzo dish.

现在闻起来比较沉稳内敛。起头有着柠檬茶、柠檬干、咸柠檬的风味，热带果酱、杏子干、糖霜黄桃、橘子酱以及无花果干等，焦糖、蜂蜜、薄荷糖，富有重量感。入口圆润饱满，比较沉稳，酸度浸润，不过收口还是偏甜，有很好的复杂度以及结实的果味。杏子干、无花果酱、黄桃、热带果酱，甚至衍生出一点红果的质感，后段有些许红茶、蜂蜜、干百里香之类的香草，收尾有一点腻，略显不够利落。93+/100
