Popped and poured. Notes from 24 hrs open. On the nose: lovely Meyer lemon, chamomile, soft cream. On the palate: perfectly balanced acidity and weight. Mousse has effectively disappeared, but fantastic minerality and nuttiness to back up the lemon and soft cream. Fantastic tanginess and breadth on the close. Gorgeous.

According to the cork and old label I would say around 5-7 years bottle age here. Opens very promising apple, sour cherries, pineapple and some underlying age which is still quite understated. Even unexpectedly a bit of watermelon residual. With a some more time for aeration... it slowly unfurls through a lot of different orchard fruits Nonetheless the major profile here is strong stewed pineapple with some solid acidic backbone and dryness. Unusually this one is less sweet than Callots …

Mixed Wines at Joan's In Them Park (Joan's in the Park, St. Paul, MN) : Light gold color. Drank a glass over 45 minutes. Tart red apple, crisp, citrus, yeast, apple peel, very fresh and lively, nutty finish. Very good 92 to 92+pts.

Same btl as R&Rler I really enjoyed the zingy freshness and intense, bright green fruit. Could benefit from annother year to uncoil but tasty now. Palate cleansing / rainwater fresh. Only knock, its a it spendy I'm told it goes for around $90ish. I'd love to own some for a $50-60.
