Made with 100% Niellucciu (a.k.a. Sangiovese) from a 3.5 hectare lieu-dit, vines planted in 1966 on alluvial soils with "galets", organic viticulture, two day cold soak, whole bunch fermentation, aged for 24 months in concrete, 14.5% ABV, sulphite < 25 mg/l, bottled with some carbon dioxde as a natural preservative.
