From the Verzy vineyard; 4-5 years maturation on its lees. Yellow-pinkish colour, fine mousseux. Wine-like palate with red-yellow fruits (kirsch, quince, pear), some bitter almonds, minerals, but very little yeasty notes. Nice apero.
