Tasted it on the winery at a lunch together with Carolyn, the lady of the Estate. Gone thru a range of superb wines, and a ten course of Gastonomic Wonders. Ending up With two vintages, a beatiful 2015, but choosed the 2016, which has more possibilitys to improve even more. A bit "rougher" palate, and a "sharper tounge". Give i 5 years ...
