We did this blind against an 05 Rousseau gevrey-chambertin and the Rion that I bought last fall for $45 from Benchmark bested the Rousseau (bought for $300 in Oct 19 and would sell for $700 now) over the 3 hours we drank them together. Beautiful perfume, dark fruit, cherry cola, some spice, medium finish. We then left the Rousseau in the glass and it became killer during the 4th and 5th hour.

This burg is drinking fabuously, light cherry and raspberry with hints soft spice. It is nearly elegant and shoukd drink very well for the next 3 to 4 years. Wish J had 2 more.

Got nice strawberry and raspberries on the nose with hints of earth. Light and a bit short on the palate. Definitely showing it's age. Drink up.

Very nice Burgundy. Tart and tangy Pinot fruit, interesting and complex backdrop. Highly recommended (though I am a true novice when it comes to Burgundy)

Super Pinot Noir, i dag var den rigtig flot. Vi fik den til krikænder (opskrift fra TV2), vinen er moden, flot fin syre og masser af frugt. Desværre er flaskerne for små!!

Very pretty nose of black cherries, raspberries and earth. Lovely sweet and balanced palate with soft tannins. The old vines really shine through. Very impressive for it's class and can be enjoyed now.

The nose displays fresh strawberry and raspberry in contrast to a punchy meaty tone. This is a very well made, fruit driven wine with fine-grained tannins and an elegant finish.,
