Chef's Table at Daylesford Organic Cookery School (Daylesford Organic) : With Partridge, pear, polenta, kale. Sangiovese/Merlot. Very dark, heavy, like the inside of old barrels. A bit of Sangiovese tang on the end but overall lacking freshness, a bit much.
