Excellent and still improving. While unmistakably Oregon in its dark cherry and brown spice notes, there is something in the nose that reminds me of a really good Volnay as well, something raspberry and floral. Drinking well now but I'd think better in 2-3 years and drinking well for more than that.

Fairly full bodied considering for a Pinot, aged nicely with earthy fruit depth. Dark fruit, black cherry and blackberries aged in neutral french oak for 18 months. Needs a few hours to open up and really present itself.

Popped and poured. Sweet cherry fruit. Medium plus acidity. Nice green tea herbal notes. Plenty of verve and punch. Excellent but still could use more time. Long finish.

2018 vintage

PnP. Cherry, raspberry, spice, some sandalwood, floral notes. This cuvee always has a beautiful aroma mixing fruit, spice, and florals. At six years old this is starting to open a bit, but it still has some of that 2018 hardness to the tannins. Medium body, medium acidity, the harder tannins make themselves felt in the finish. No notes. Recall it having a very deep color, complex and earthy nose, and a full, balanced palate impression. I also recall it having a surprising bitterness on the finish.

Tasted after 90 minutes of air. Dark ruby color. Some nice tang and spice on the palate. Crunch raspberry fruit. Excellent balance. One of the best QPRs in Pinot Noir.

Consistent with previous note. Delicate, restrained, and intriguing. Judiciously oaked, highly appealing terroir markers, serious acid, quality finish. Another two or three years in bottle will serve it well. Probably best to drink by 2028 or so.

Although enjoyable now, the wine is not presently complex, but the elements seemed to be present for an excellent Pinot in a couple of years' time. This bottling offers up a slightly more floral nose than other Evesham Wood pinots. (potential 92-93).

Decanted and consumed over 3 hours. Deep, virtually opaque red-garnet color with hint of purple. Intense, almost searing nose of bitter orange, sous bois, Asian spices, ripe cherries, and meat that eventually tamed a bit. Very rich and savory on the palate with an amazingly long finish (at least 60 seconds). The palate impression is very mouth-filling with beautifully balanced tannins and acidity. Last bottle of a 3 pack. Love at first taste? The prior bottles have been very good but this last bottle was better. It's a perfectly balanced wine. Red fruited with spice, underbrush and medium complexity. Average length but a nice tingle of acidity lifts the flavors. A fantastic, sub $30 bottle of juice.

Tasted along side a 2015 Scott Paul Cellars Pinot Noir Azana and a 2015 Schone Tal Cellars. I liked this better than the Scott Paul. Nice fined grained tannins. Really seems to be opening up after a couple hours of air. Nice raspberry fruits. Long finish. Great balance between acid and fruit. Excellent job Erin.

Popped and poured. Very beautiful Pinot perfume, raspberry overtones. Never a powerhouse, this wine's primary fruit has faded but there is a lovely intense balance of acid, earth, and mineral tang. Nicely persistent. Such a pretty little wine.

I have had a great deal of Oregon Pinot, and this may actually be the best - and at half the cost of some of the others. The fruit was amazingly pure, with berried tending toward darker and bordering on shades of blueberry and maybe licorice. This was outstanding and I will buy it again - if I can find it.

This is an outstanding wine. Far better than the first bottle of the Eveshamwood estate pinot. Great nose, wonderful palate, long finish. I can't wait until my next bottle. By far the best organic wine I've ever had.
