Coteaux - Burgundy - Jura (Freiheit Vinothek, Ulm, Germany) : *** All wines tasted double-blind, quickly decanted right before the tasting*** Clear, pale golden color. Oaky, reductive nose, some flint, mellow apple. Dense and nice. On the palate also quite reductive, noticeable oak. High, ripe acidity, very mineral, nice density and grip. Good length. Young, with clear upscale ptential. 89-90+
