88: This white blend is 50% Chardonnay, 40% Viognier, and 10% Chenin Blanc. That last part of the blend has a lot of history at this winery, which was formerly Maurice Car'rie; the once common (and still somewhat pedestrian) Chenin Blanc adds just the right amount of minerality to balance the buttery Chardonnay and the tart Viognier.
