Racy. Lean. Softened after an hour but this is mouth puckering stuff.

Wine Tasting Group - Burgundy - Nov. 18, 2018 (Classic Wine Storage, Dallas, TX) : Mineral, flinty nose, accompanied by tart apple, herbs and mild smoke. Palate had more tart apples, lemon, grapefruit pith, and minerals. Nice length and concentration with a more linear mouthfeel than the Meursault.
