Cassegrain Chardonnay Fromenteau Reverse

Interesting. Definitely showing some aged characteristics, but perhaps a little unbalanced. You tend to see this with wines in the middle of their development but I get the feeling that this wine is at it's peak - which is disappointing. Maple and oak on the palette with a little acid still showing through. Drink now. 86
