Yellow color, smell lime, stone fruits and a trace of apple toast. Taste of lime, grapefruit, barn yard, and a bit bitterness finish. Bitterness less on second day.

I don't believe the wine was spoiled, but it had a hint of barnyard mixed with earth and a white sugar taste (not overly sweet as a characteristic--referring to the *taste* of the sweet--it was characterless and did not seem to be expressed as a fruit flavor, etc.). Not a bad wine, just did not agree with my palate--its a bit funky in a way I don't like.
