A juicy, rollicking rendition of Barbera. Spice, berries and a hint of leather and flowers. Good to go now.

Plommon körsbär jordiga toner, subtil ek. Medel syra pigg och frisk.

Better than expected. Brilliant ruby red color. Quite bright and acidic with strong core of berry fruit. Crunchy acidity and lovely freshness.

Medium bright purple color. Ripe fruit explodes from the glass with black and red cherries, ripe strawberry jam. Touch of florals. Similar flavors on the palate with ripe red fruit balanced by medium to medium+ acidity, medium tannin and body. Not overly complex but well made and delicious on its own or with tomato based dishes.

Dark reddish garnet in color, essentially opaque. Full, forward & attractive nose of ripe red fruit aromas of blackberries, cherries & mulberries with overtones of earthy/dusty & floral notes, spice notes, herbs & minerals. Medium bodied with a very good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, plush, ripe fruit flavors of cherries, blueberries & plums, herbs & minerals. Lingering finish. Sehr fruchtbetont. Blaubeere. Dabei nicht süß. Grenzgang. Eher in ein paar Jahre nochmal probieren.

Continued malo in bottle. Aggressive decanting removes most of the carbon dioxide, but it continues to taste like flat cherry coke.
