Single blind tasting Dark ruby with rim clearing Aromatics medium +. Red flowers, lavender and other undefinable house cleaning fluid notes. Palate medium +. Acid medium. Tannins medium +, fine on teeth and gums. Alcohol medium +. Green cherries, pine fresh, rocks and lavender. Finish has a medium length, balancd. Dry glass notes of blueberries and flowers Once again, lacrima always seems to have an intense unusual aromatic profile. The score is not quite as high as the palate seems …

Dark ruby/ opaque with mild clearing Fascinating aromas of red/ black fruit/ violets/ geranium oil and salinity - quite fascinating and in your face - D'Agata states this grape may be related to Aleatico and it shows - sort of a grapey/ Muscat quality Palate is less interesting - red currants and saline with offputting green notes Medium plus fine grained tannins and medium plus acidity - little high in alcohol which throws this off balance - medium length Enjoy …

Single blind tasting Purple, unfiltered Medium + aromatics of dark red fruit, green herbs with some unique pine qualities. No oak Medium palate with medium + acidity, medium + tannin. Black fruit with green stems. Finish is medium - with lingering tannins. While the aromatics are interesting, the palate is disjointed with too much stem.

Dark purple/ black with minimal clearing Medium aromas - primarily herbal with little fruit - fresh and dry herbs with intense minerality - very complex Medium palate of black fruit with distinct green element and saline aspect Medium plus acidity and medium plus tannins with somewhat short finish As other have already stated, this wine is quite unusual and distinctive with its aromas but lacking on the palate, which I found quite short with a green/ unripe aspect

Really nice wine. Nothing new to add from previous note. I really like the pronounced salinity on the palate.

"2019" Sydney International Wine Show - stewarding notes; 10/7/2018-10/12/2018 (Blue Mountains, NSW) : {diam, 13%} Sweet musky nose. Spicy, peppery yet confected palate, with flavours of musk and sweet strawberries. Dry, with medium/high acidity, low gritty tannins, medium weight and a medium length finish. Better with food, and possibly a few years.

Almost opaque purple/violet with mild clearing at rim. Medium aromas of strawberry and cherry with heavy mineral component. Medium palate of black fruit with nice salinity. Medium tannins and medium(+) acidity. Nice length and a unique wine. I was expecting more on the nose based on previous reviews and reading about this grape.

This is all about the perfume. Decaying Rose petals, lilacs, violets, sandalwood, incense. Really different. In the mouth, it’s fine, nothing amazing - medium bodied, generic red fruit, more florals, and a bit of dolcetto like tannins, as another taster commented. 90 for nose, 85 for palate.

The wine in an intense dark crimson purple with a very expressive nose that a friend described as "really good weed"...I call it floral and herbal with lilac, violets, lavender and pomegranate. Somewhat Dolchetto-like, it has some grippy tannin and ripe red fruit on the palate but it is low to medium acidity and a bit tart on the finish. Nonetheless this is an interesting and different wine at a great price. Probably good with pasta and a red sauce …

Gambero Rosso Singapore 2017. Sniff, sip, spit. Only impressions. Pronounced nose of floral roses, rose syrup/Bandung. Continues onto the palate. As I have said about this varietal before, it's either you love it or hate it.
