Delicious and enticing nose. Tropical notes exude with a hint of lilac. Clean sharp golden yellow with a hint of green. On the palate clean and dry to start. Very interesting, It is soft to start and then once it gets to your back palate, then the flavors roll all the way back to the front of your tongue. Finishing with some light grassiness. Lemon and green apple on the palate.

Second wine at Holden Manz was their 2018 Chenin Blanc. Pale golden yellow with a slightly greenish hue. Rich and full nose with a touch of hay, layers of honeysuckle, white stone fruits and butter. Medium plus acidity (6.5/10) and medium plus bodied. Well balanced and rounded with layers of honeysuckle, pears, lychee, honey, stone fruits and a touch of wax. Long finish. Drink till 2025. Lovely complexity and easy to drink.

Tasted at dinner featuring Holden Manz wines, hosted by Caviste wine merchant, Hampshire, UK. Light gold colour. Limes on nose, floral, hints of tropical fruits. Quite acidic, perhaps because it's young. Rich and slightly oily texture on palate.
