A Burgundian-style Chardonnay from the Finger Lakes. According to the winery's tech sheet, this wine was blended both from lots produced all in stainless steel, as well as lots fermented/aged in oak. Color: yellow. Nose: banana and vanilla. Taste: Banana, apple, and melon. Oak, spice, and almond. Very good length and concentration.

Very, very lemon-y. Done in stainless tanks so there is no oak here.
