great nose of grass, savory vegetables, lemons. flavor is rich, sharp acidity, amazing lingering minerality. undoubtedly a standout SB, and at the price. wow.

45-min decant. Gold/yellow color with some glass-clinging weight and viscosity. Smells grassy; there's an ivory soap component, like when you accidentally swallow a peace of the white soap, what it tastes like is a little bit what I smell; there's also definitely a semi-sweet fruit here that I can't put my finger on, ah and a fried and slightly burnt tempera shrimp smell too.
