Azienda Vinicola I Pastini Verdeca Faraone Valle d'Itria IGT

Clear pale bright green gold. Nose of green apple, lime and limestone. Solid acid, medium body, assertive flavors, and medium finish. Reminds me of vermentino + dry riesling. Nice stuff.

Last night it tasted fresh and crisp. Pleasant drop.

Tart and unremarkable.

Tasted over 2 hrs -translucent nearly colorless pale gold green -sharp white floral white fruit -initially soft entry then gently prickly med acidity appears on the finish, light weight soft gentle white fruit finishes with a distinct sappy mineral tang -quite nice, vermentino-like
