This was drunk 8 days ago in Rotterdam. Genesis of the occasion was an Austrian who lived across the street from my sister- and brother-in-law wanted to make Spätzle for us. Austrian? Making Spätzle? Organic treatment, over 50 years old vineyard. 11% alcohol. Light, yet rich, sappy. Fruity, with good mineral spine. Good everyday light wine.
