Oh yum! Very fine bubbles. Brioche nose. Lots of lemon and green apple on palate. Very full bodied wine with a long finish. I will buy more!

Full bodied and oppulent, with a gorgeous roundness but still great freshness. Meyer lemon, toasted brioche, lemondrop, honey, red apple skins, chalk. Intense on the nose, rounded on the palate with a long and pleasant finish.

From Chardonnay grapes in Verzy (montagne de reims), vinifier without Malo, long lees aging. dosage 5,6 g/l bottled 04/12, disgorged 09/18 Quite a stunner here, from a warm vintage, you can tell from the ripe nose, and aromas, chalk, fennel, verbena, fresh butter, nutty character after air and warming up a bit palate is dry, good acid, (med+), with refined bubbles, sharp and apply at the same time, green apple, clay/chalk, salivating, salty... Great effort there
