Light to med bodied with soft tannins. Berries and chocolate, with hints of thyme, sage and rosemary. Reminiscent of a nice Rhône. Will be trying this with roasted lamb next time!

Cellar Door Fest (Adelaide) : Delicate nose of light berries and a bit of green pepper. On the palate, raspberry black pepper jam and a bit of oak influence. Not at all ripe, a very nice cool climate style Shiraz. Very good.
