Still aging well. Oak is a little more muted and fruit is more kirsch liquored. An interesting bottle of wine.

A great earthy nose with hints of pepper. There is some elegance to this medium bodied wine. The oak is present and is well complemented by cherry and hints of light pepper. This wine has some grace and is a nice version of a Chateauneuf-du-Pape. I still have one more bottle I will try in 6-8 months.
