Ostler Pinot Gris Audrey's

Very varietal - white peach, wet stone, a hint of white pepper. Good avid balance brings focus and a clean interesting mouthfeel. Waitaki appears to be a good terroir for Pinot Gris. Better than many Alsatian wines. Not outstanding as it is a bit too obvious but it is in no way over-bearing.
