83% Grenache, 11% Mourvedre, 6% Syrah. Holy new American oak! Toasted coconut, ash, orange peel, baked cherries, baked raspberries, angel food cake (yuck) on the nose. The palate is pretty consistent with the aromas but adds mint and menthol which really compliment everything. This is not my preferred style of wine at ALL, so please take that into account.
