Gorgeous, and just starting to come into its own. Notes from 24 hrs open. On the nose: slate, cucumber, peach, mint. On the palate: fantastic acidity, lovely depth/density, cucumber, peach, mint and soft guava. Just gorgeous, and plenty of upside potential imo.

Yes, yes, yes. Bought from Fass selections. Fantastic nose with a touch of peach blossom, then loads of salt, lime and chalk. Amazingly refreshing, just to smell. Then, on the palate, this has great cut, followed by pure slate and lime. This shows no residual sugar to me whatsoever; the acid just keeps driving through. Finish with more slate and a touch of grapefruit pith. This was perfect by itself, and also very good with blta sandwiches.
