Riesling rendezvous (Bern, Switzerland) : Some CO2 prickle, salty. This is the purely savory side of Riesling, and I quite like it.

Classic nose, very floral. Powerful palate, with a bit of fizz, a certain fruit sweetness on the attack, but then it immediately turns mineral and salty. Nice.
