Creamy palate, with frothy carbonation and tart acidity. Mild flavours of strawberry, green apple, and honeydew melon. Finishes with a good balance of sweetness and tartness. It's dry, but I wouldn't call it 'extra dry'.

Made into Kir Royal. Especially perfect for that so that it isn’t too sweet once you add the sweetness of Creme de Cassis to it.

A fine and persistent perlage. Yellow with green highlights. Fruity, rich scents of acacia flowers, pears, and apples. A fresh flavor, and a pleasant acidity on the finish.
