Really glorious, fresh, zingy and not too austere. Shows just a touch of development but still very youthful. Lemony and green on the palate, more lemon candies than raw lemon juice - just the right balance.

First thing is this is still very young and quite tight. Nose of apples, citrus, a little oak and blossom. The palate has the that typical steely, saline edge, with more apples, citrus and a little stone fruit. Lovely complex and long finish, with great acidity, sweet citrus and a tingle of salinity. Don't intrinsically reach for a Chard but when we do, Chablis is probably at the top of the list. This is prototypical Chablis with sea spray, lemon, some white flowers and a mineral streak for a backbone. Nice acids counteract the mineral streak. Enjoyed!

Subtly velvety and aromatic after some time in the glass... there is a softness at this juncture that rounds out some of the Chablis character. Nevertheless, the tiny bits of underlying smoke and river water make this an enjoyable mid week pop and pour.

Pale yellow with hints of green at the edges, this wine reveals flint, chalk, honey, hazelnut and wild mushroom on the nose. The mouth feel is medium bodied with defined stone fruit elements and more flint undertones. The finish is tight with brisk acidity but the fruit struggled to completely emerge. Retailing for $60US, this was tasted at the Wine Spectator Grand Tour in Miami on 5/12/12017.

Gently stylish in 2016, almost soft and lightly spicy, saline, touches of lime, smokey undertones, and overall characters of white and yellow stonefruit. Lovely drinking, I am happy it will to continue to evolve, but may not gain a great deal more complexity, and the Chablis zip and acidity will soften.

Light to medium body, pale straw yellow color. Elegant apples, citrus and floral aroma. Green apples and lemon, nutty, unobtrusively oily and typical for Chablis mineral on the palate, long finish. Intense but dry and charm, still fresh, crisp and clean, complex, well balanced, lovely acidity. Food friendly, best match is shrimps or lobster or poultry. Open half hour in advance. Pale yellow, light grey Elegant nose with butter, aspargus, flint, hints of apricot. Very mineral mouth feel, hay, lemon zest, slender and dry, lingering aftertaste.

Clean nose with some peanuts, as Gargantua noted. The palate has some lovely minerality but is also quite expansive, smooth and creamy for a young chablis, with more restrained acidity than I had expected. Not a huge amount to speak of in terms of complexity, but this is still very nice.
