Più alcolico di quello che ricordavo, anche un filo più pesante. Toni molto trebbianeschi, quasi valentiniano, con fieno e frutta secca, ma anche fiori bianchi, soprattutto in bocca dove si beve molto bene

Quite cloudy, probably due to minimalistic use of sulphur. Clean and fruity wine with mineral notes. Low in acidity. For the price this was a bit too simple for me.

A really pleasurable, easy drinking example of an orange wine. Aroma: Copper, peach pit, cinnamon, bruised apple, smoke and ketchup. Very fresh and harmonious. Taste: Light bodied, clean, mineral, well balanced, good acid and refreshing. Really great stuff. Went well with chicken katsu's katsu sauce (because it's like ketchup?). Would probably match well with non-spicy Chinese. I want to try more from this maker.

Gran bel Trebbiano, ancora chiuso e con bocca tutta da farsi ma davvero molto piacevoile. Ricorda una versione più esile ma anche più pulita del Trebbiano del Maestro, quindi con tocchi di nocciola, anche in bocca, e fiori bianchi.
