P&P; consistent with prior note. This is drinking quite well, right from the pop!

Not unpleasant but bland and uninteresting. I would not buy again for that reason but it's perfectly competent I can tell it's a Washington state syrah

While the previous note is concerning, this bottle showed well. Very Southern Rhone-ish Syrah, black raspberry and garrigue, with subtle floral aromas. Has a warmer climate fruit expression, yet has fresh acidity, chewy tannic structure and sanguine minerality. Silky mid-palate, almost delicate, typical of this producer. Concentrated in fruit and garrigue flavors. Long, well-balanced finish, tannins are firm but very ripe, mild astringency on pop'n'pour subsided with air. Drink with a decant and food or hold for 5-7 years.

90 min decant prior to first tasting. Flavors of blackberry, pepper, tobacco, oak barrel and vanilla, with sharp acidity and chalky tannins on the finish. This held up well over 3 days and was actually most enjoyable on day 3 when the acid and tannin had integrated with the fruit. No rush to open these, and given the source and producer it should drink well for at least 15 years. Drink now with air - 2035.

Pretty rough mid to end, bitting with a short tannic finish. Pass.

Dark fruit, earth and olive brine on the nose. Black & blue fruits, medium to high acid and medium tannins. Very nice WA Syrah and easy on the wallet.

I decanted this wine through a Menu Wine Breather and then put the wine back in the bottle with the cork for a few hours. The wine was about 65F when served. The wine is medium-ruby colored with medium legs. I picked up aromas and flavors of: Blackberry, Black Cherry, Black Pepper, Cigar Box, and Dried Herbs. The body is medium to full with some chalky tannins that hit front of palate. I thought there was a pleasant complexity with …
