- Brick color with slow forming legs and aromas of black pepper, cherry, raspberry, black currant and cedar. It's balanced and has flavours of black pepper, black currant and fig with a medium/full body. Smooth texture with a long finish - Decanted 3 hours. Mineral and spice box nose, dark fruit, spice finish, only gets better next 12-15 years.
