Grapefruit pitch, mandarian oranges, has kinda a blue electrical thing going on to me. Which I realize makes no sense. Apparently students of the Spanish institute are show this wine for varietal tapicity.

Very subtle white wine. Soft grassy notes as well as hints of minerals. Well balanced with a nice touch of acidity. This makes for a perfect aperitif wine or to accompany starters.

13.0% - No formal note, drank on a boat. Ripe pineapple, lemon zest, oily body. Good value.

This wine has a bright medium gold colour. The fermentation-sur-lie and bâtonnage technique used to make this white wine are evident immediately upon nosing it, with a clear nutty aroma. This wine displays a fresh scent of citrus pith, yellow flowers, dry grasses, and a touch of honey. It has a crisp and dry mouthfeel and plenty of persistent vivid acidity. Dry, crisp, tart and refreshing. Would be a good summer wine.

Bright, strong, fresh flavour from this 2015 vintage. Per label, grown in sandy and river stone soil at 2,359 ft (720 m), with an average temperature during the April to October growing season of 61 deg. Fahrenheit (16 deg. Celsius), and annual rainfall of 16 in (42 cm). Unoaked. 13%. $12.
