Sea spray, orange, sherry, Fairly round and rich on the palate, with a sort of Italian white oiliness. Lots of spicy and herbal bitterness on the finish.

Bright orange. The color of a pumpkin beer. Very light yeastiness and mustiness on the nose. On the palate high acidity, medium alcohol, leads with bell pepper and minerality, wet leaves. The color and taste of fall. Cool wine, but really demands oysters because it’s so dry, crisp and tightly wound.
