I really like this wine. Great Cabernet fruit. Still a little bit tanic, but opens up quickly. Smooth. No green. No bitterness. Just great Cab fruit. Yummy stuff.

I got curious about these blending bottles that I purchased from Mollydooker. I am glad I took the risk. This is wonderfully good juice. Great Cab flavor, with some of the big fruit profiles you'd expect in a Mollydooker wine. This was very drinkable now, with nice open fruit, and some great Cab flavor. Glad I took the risk and responded to Sparky's offer.
