100% biodynamically farmed Robola. Fermented spontaneously. 12,5% alcohol. Youthful yellow-green color. The nose feels quite dry and a bit closed with aromas of smoky reduction, some ripe citrus fruits, light herby notes, a little bit of sweet yellow fruit and a hint of struck flint. Greece tasting, TWS North London (Must and Lees, Islington) : A great start to our Greek tasting - this was lithe, with a lemony, buttery, slightly nutty nose. On the palate, a lot of energy - white peach, honey, some stone, with wiry acidity. A fuller than expected mouthful with alcohol at 13% balanced by the acidity well. There's weight to this that ought to develop nicely.
