The most annoying wax cap I have encountered (and I love a wax cap!). In the glass it is the palest straw, slightly cloudy, as if it would be completely clear if it wasn't so obviously unfiltered. On the nose a strong whiff of grassy yeast, the sour smell of natural winemaking, but it is not unappetising. On the palate it is much more restrained. Hints of apple and lime.
