Bright citrus and pineapple scents, peaches, pears, baked apples and lime on a creamy palate, quite strait forward and gulpable

no oak in this one and it is better for it. Pretty rich in any case. Decent acidity, with some citrus and some tropical fruit. The thing that stands out is the minerality and salinity. Although pretty ordinary on first sip, this improved dramatically with the scallop. Like most Italian whites (and red for that matter) this really is a wine to drink with food. I would consider this with any seafood that you would consider Albarino.
