One of the best Lynmar Estate Pinot Noirs we have had. To say that it aged well would be a huge understatement. Nicely integrated, full weighted, savory cherry fruit with light cola, earth, spice, resolved tannins and a wonderful velvety mouth feel and long finish. So glad we held back on this bottle.

Solid butnot amazing. Pours dark. Nice fruit still. Muted mid pallet and ok finish.

Tasting very well right now, needs a few minutes of decanting to taste all of the amazing flavors.

As before. The fruit flavors are rasberry and cherry. A touch of anise. Overall fantastic.

This is not my favorite wine from Lynmar, but, with that said, it is a great example of why they are one of my favorite wineries. Great nose, great balance, tons of character, yet, still light on its feet. Delightful, elegant, and worth every penny.

Decanted several hours before consumption. Dark, full-bodied profile, flavorful, but tinged with over-ripe plum, offset with brisk acidity.

We’ve had the Lynmar Terra De Promissio Pinot Noir before and it was indeed a dark, brooding, spicy, bold Pinot (and delicious beyond belief). Once again, this is indeed a dark, spicy, brooding, delicious Pinot. There’s an abundance of dark fruit (plums, black cherries, blackberries), along with TONS of black pepper and savory herbs like rosemary, thyme, sage, and lavender. This wine is almost as dark as a Zin or Syrah (bordering on black) and just as spicy and tasty, …

As good a bottle of wine that I've had in a long time. Just an absolute joy to drink. Really complete and balanced, big for a pinot, but not tiresome to the palate. Had to share with the wife, but could've drunk the whole bottle easily. Wish I had more. Well done Lynmar.

Another great pinot noir from lynmar. Ruby color, fruit nose and cherry and cola on palate. Wonderful versatile wine (good with anything from fish to steak)

Brilliant ruby color, nose a little harsh at first but mellowed later. Ripe plum, berry, and cherry cola notes leading to a smooth finish. Another fine Pinot Noir from Lynmar... paired with Copper River Salmon/Thai Peanut Sauce, Risotto, and mixed greens.

This is a fabulous pinot noir. Smooth as silk, loaded with cherries and a finish that is long and enjoyable. It is drinking beautifully now. Sadly this is my last bottle. Nothing new to add to my previous tasting notes...

This is a really great wine. Notes of berries and earth on the nose, with just the slightest hint of smoke. The mouth is robust and complex. Give this wine time to open up, and it really shines.

Rich and lush for a pinot. Floral and spice aromas, with a decent dose of heat. Flavors of black cherry, plum and a touch of raspberry on the edge, as well as asian spice on the finish. Lovely.

Color is dark ruby. Nose of earhty, forest floor and a little cherry. Absolutely delicious....smooth as silk, cherries, and rich dark fruit on palate, medium long finish. Tannins totally under control. Such a lovely wine. So glad to have another bottle...ready to drink right now!

This wine perplexed me at first. Not typical for Lynmar Pinots....this one is rich yet tannic, dusty, mineral-filled. Thanks to Steve Tanzer I finally placed the predominant aspect of the palette....blood orange. A complex wine...I like it but probably best to wait 2- 3 years more.

This was delicious! Dark berries on the nose and palette...lots of rich fruit and smooth tannins. If you like your Pinots this way, you will love this wine.

- Crimsom color with medium forming legs. It's somewhat balanced and has flavours of blackberry and black pepper with a medium/full body. Satin-Like texture with a medium finish.

No decant. Nice concentration and depth for a pinot, and approachable. Shows cola, cherry, dark fruit, and some leather/earthy tones.

Oh boy. This is one of the best pinots I've had in a long time. Nose of cherries and violets. Delicious wonderful taste of cherries, blackberries, lavender with a smoooooth lovely finish. Opened bottle about 1/2 hour before pouring. I read somewhere to wait a couple of years. Don't wait! It's a delicious wine and I'm eager to hear what others think!
