Bottle 1312g. Aromas of elevated intensity, red fruit, black pepper, some volatility. Dry, with elevated acidity and pronounced drying tannins. Medium-bodied, 13.5°. Sweet fruit and sweet spice on the palate. But with the tannins still aggressive at 8 years, you have to wonder whether it will come out all right in the end. Nebbiolo, Vespolina and Uva Rara.
