Took a few minute to open up, but 20 minutes, earthy Cola, maybe a little flint, very enjoyable with strong finish. No food, just wine, cigar and conversation.

Very good - no apology necessary for its entry-level positioning. Balanced, dark and complex enough that it might even take to some age.

Light but earthy with a dark cherry note. Medium acidity and a hint of tannin make it very well balanced. Overall a very good, reasonably complex, but easy to drink pinot.
