Enjoyed this. Drinking well now. Smooth after being opened. Beautiful colour. Sediment in the last glass.

Drinking well now. Blue and black berries balanced by some herbal notes and tobacco.

Concentrated flavours of cassis, prune, and red cherry, with notes of pepper and bay leaf. The mouthfeel was fat and floppy: there wasn't enough acid, and while tannin was present, it wasn't providing the structure it should. Other tasters thought that while this wine didn't have the structure to age as well as the Wynns Black Label Cabernet, it was very enjoyable to drink now.

TWE 2016 Expo : Best of the 2013 Trio on the day. Blackberry, cranberry and moderate oak influence. Good brightness on the palate, with a mix of fruit and oak tannins. Good flow and carry, I like the potential for this.

Peter Bourne GWT Limestone Coast Cabernets Star Performers Tasting (8 Danks street, Sydney) : Red currant, slight meat, slight burnt toast, cedar, polished oak and spice on the nose. The wine I juicy on the palate with flavours of red currant and slightly burnt notes, tannins are drying though the fruit does carry beneath and is joined by a bitter note. Nah.
