Doluca Cabernet Sauvignon Alçıtepe Kirte

This interesting cab tastes more like a hearty pinot noir. Opened to breathe for an hour. I'm getting a nice oaky tobacco, cinnamon, and cooking spice on the nose, along with berries. The palate is all about bright berries - not very cab like - oak, and that bright combination of minerality, spices, oak, and bright acidity that I really love about Turkish reds.
