Wow! Really packs a punch. Tremendous acidity. Dry but far from austere. Lemon and ?quince. The finish recalls the cress of a Gruner, which I don't recall tasting in a Riesling before -- black pepper and a bit of tongue tingle. This may not sound attractive but the wine in total is wonderful. Color and flavor show some maturity and a very good time to drink it. Match with sautéed Striped Bass was a good one, but a side dish …

Good and fresh nose. Lime , green tea leaves, green apples, ginger and a salty minerality. Medium body with a good and balanced acidity, but unfortunately a bit short and thin on the finish.
